Initial Consultation
Your initial naturopathic consultation will take one hour. A comprehensive case history will be taken including assessment of body signs and using iridology to help better understand how your body is functioning and what your genetic predispositions are.

Treatment Plan
This will be agreed upon together and will include guidance on your diet, exercise and lifestyle. It may also include any of the following:
practitioner only nutritional supplements, practitioner only herbal medicines, Celloid minerals or organic herbal teas.

Follow-up Consultations
Dependant on how complex your health concerns are a follow-up will take 30 minutes. This will give us time to discuss, monitor improvements, and reassess your treatment plan. It is also an opportunity for you to ask further questions.
