White Tea, Lavender & Hibiscus
4 Flowering Tea Balls of White Tea, Lavender & Hibiscus. A spectacular vision and sensory explosion unfolds with hints of Hibiscus and Lavender making it uniquely distinctive while adding a lovely layer of flavour creating an exquisite cup of tea.
Ingredients: White Tea, Lavender & Hibiscus
Brewing: Brew in a glass teapot or a 250 ml glass cup. If you want the blooming tea to flower as well as it can, choose a rounder shape. Smaller capacity teapots or cups will mean the brew becomes strong very quickly, larger ones will take longer for the tea to brew. Use near boiling water to steep as not to burn the tea. Steep until the flower is fully opened about 3-4 minutes. When initially serving, leave a little bit of steeped tea in the bottom of the pot or cup and near boiling water can be added up to 3 times.
FLOWERING TEA or Gong Yi Cha is made by hand through an innovative and complex process that entwines the highest grade special green, black or white tea of fresh spring crops with herbal flowers that will unfurl into symbolic blooms.
