Herbal Tonics - relax

relax. is a liquid herbal combination that may calm and relax the nervous system without making you sleepy or groggy. relax. may also strengthen, tonify, and restore a depleted nervous system. relax. is suited for headaches, tension in neck and shoulders, too much mental activity, ungroundedness, nervous energy, tension, anxiety, trouble winding down. Works well with RELAX herbal tea.

Suggested Use: Take 5ml in approximately 30ml of water morning, midday and afternoon before meals.

Ingredients: Withania (Withania somnifera), Oat seed (Avena saliva), Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Alcohol.

Contraindications: Not to be used during pregnancy. 

Tinctures are alcohol-based preparations. Alcohol is generally a better solvent than water for extracting most plant constituents. It also acts as a preservative allowing the tincture to have a much longer shelf life. If you are avoiding alcohol entirely, then this tincture should be avoided.
