relax. is a liquid herbal combination that may calm and relax the nervous system without making you sleepy or groggy. relax. may also strengthen, tonify, and restore a depleted nervous system. relax. is suited for headaches, tension in the neck and shoulders, too much mental activity, ungroundedness, nervous energy, tension, anxiety, and trouble winding down.
Suggested Use: Take 5ml in approximately 30ml of water morning, midday and afternoon before meals.
Ingredients: Withania (Withania somnifera), Oat seed (Avena saliva), Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Alcohol.
Contraindications: Not to be used during pregnancy.
Tinctures are alcohol-based preparations. Alcohol is generally a better solvent than water for extracting most plant constituents. It also acts as a preservative allowing the tincture to have a much longer shelf life. If you are avoiding alcohol entirely, then this tincture should be avoided.
