Brewing: Brew in a glass teapot or a 250 ml glass cup. If you want the blooming tea to flower as well as it can, choose a rounder shape. Smaller capacity teapots or cups will mean the brew becomes strong very quickly, larger ones will take longer for the tea to brew. Use near boiling water to steep as not to burn the tea. Steep until the flower is fully opened about 3-4 minutes. When initially serving, leave a little bit of steeped tea in the bottom of the pot or cup and near boiling water can be added up to 3 times.
