Good nutrition is central to optimal health, vitality and well-being. As part of the consultation, an individualised assessment of your nutritional intake checks to ensure you are eating the right foods. Then, if required, to ensure you are motivated to make the diet and lifestyle changes required for long-term health. The quality of the food you consume really does determine the quality of your health.
However, with a diet under-par and some health conditions, chronic deficiencies of vitamins and minerals require the use of nutritional supplements to address symptoms and correct underlying causes. I use a wide range of "Practitioner Only" supplements to support these conditions.
