I started I.O.N Herbals online Herbal Tea Room & Apothecary as a step to getting more people outside of my Tolga Naturopathic and Iridology Practice to experience the health benefits of nourishing herbal teas and plant medicine in an accessible way.
Herbal teas are infusions of healing herbs into water. These teas are ways in which plants can bring us back into alignment on the physical, emotional, and energetic level. A cup of tea isn't merely a drink. Therefore, my goal, as a qualified herbalist and naturopath in Tolga on the Atherton tablelands, is to connect you to the unique flavour, purpose and energy that herbs have to offer through the fine art of herbal tea blending. Some of my small batch hand blended herbal teas are made solely for pleasure, while others are designed as a way to support the body's natural resistance to the stresses of everyday life. But all of my freshly blended herbal teas offer more healing power than any pre-packaged tea bag and taste delicious.
Everything is hand blended with love, formulated with top quality wild crafted or organic herbs. I blend, process, bottle, label, and post everything myself. I am committed to reducing waste and use 100% environmentally friendly and natural cellophane bags and boxes.
