Brewing: 2 - 4 teaspoons of herbal tea added to water just off the boil. Steep for 10 minutes. To be taken 1 to 2 hours before bed, as well as 1 to 2 cups during the day. If hot beverages trigger hot flushes for you, this tea can also be enjoyed chilled or iced.

Tea Tip: Keep a spray bottle of Hot Flush tea on hand to use as a cooling spritz during the day and at night just before bed.
