Initial Consultation
Your initial naturopathic consultation will take one hour. A comprehensive case history will be taken including assessment of body signs and using iridology to help better understand how your body is functioning and what your genetic predispositions are.

Treatment Plan
This will be agreed upon together and will include guidance on your diet, exercise and lifestyle. It may also include any of the following:
practitioner only nutritional supplements, practitioner only herbal medicines, Celloid minerals or organic herbal teas.

Follow-up Consultations
Dependant on how complex your health concerns are a follow-up will take 30 minutes. This will give us time to discuss, monitor improvements, and reassess your treatment plan. It is also an opportunity for you to ask further questions.

You will get ongoing guidance and support through unlimited email support during your treatment plan. Have your questions answered as they arise, so you always have clarity about your treatment plan.
Consultation Bookings
I wanted to share an update with you about an exciting new direction I’m taking in my professional journey. I have decided to take a temporary break from naturopathy to focus on studying medical and psychological astrology a field that I believe will complement and enhance my ability to support your health and wellness in the future. During this time, I will not be taking on any new clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as I embark on this new chapter, and I look forward to sharing my expanded expertise with you when I return.
